• Robert C. Withington is a licensed Missouri Attorney practicing in the area of real estate law since 1981. The third generation of a real estate family, he began his career locating comparable properties for residential appraisals in 1971. He then became a mortgage loan originator and licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent in 1976.
• Mr. Withington has represented thousands of buyers, sellers, developers, brokers, agents and others since that time in both commercial and residential transactions, in addition to hundreds of plaintiffs and defendants in real estate related litigation. He maintains a general civil trial practice and is a member of the St Louis Association of Realtors/Bar Association of Metropolitan St Louis Real Estate Contracts and Forms Committee.
