The Missouri Secretary of State maintains a website at www.sos.mo.gov which allows you to file your LLC documents online. Filing of the Articles of Organization is only one (1) part of what Missouri Law requires in order to complete setting up your LLC. In addition an Operating Agreement will be required spelling out the By-Laws and operating procedures for your Company. Certificates of Ownership will also be required along with obtaining Tax Identification numbers.
